0.0.66.6Quicker Highlights1 changed · 1 fixed

Changed

  • At Highlights the game now cuts straight from one big moment to the next. There are no long dark pauses, and no commentary runs over the skipped minutes. A match at Highlights takes about a minute and a quarter.

Fixed

  • Changes you make at half time are always read out.
0.0.66.5The Matchnight Theme and two fixes1 changed · 2 fixed

Changed

  • The title screen plays the new Matchnight Theme in full, then the menu music as before.

Fixed

  • The Saturday show no longer puts two pictures of the same kind in a row when a Monday match joins its weekend.
  • At Highlights, a substitution stays on the commentary bar long enough to read.
0.0.66.4Restarts by the rules, calmer boards and new show pictures8 changed · 5 fixed

Changed

  • Restarts follow the Laws of the Game: penalties are taken in the box and free kicks where the foul was, every kick-off starts from the centre mark with both sides in their own halves, and the ball rolls to a goal kick or corner instead of jumping there.
  • After a goal a quick TV-style cut lines both sides up, then the whistle and a proper kick-off; the second half starts the same way.
  • Highlights cut between moments: the pitch dips to dark and comes back at the next one, instead of everyone jumping to new places. The kick-off after a goal is cut away, as on TV.
  • Play on stops right before a final or a play-off, so you always play the big matches yourself.
  • Running a club costs less: your club pays four fifths of its running costs, so making a profit is easier.
  • Club › Finances: the shirt sponsor's tile shows what the deal pays each week, and what it has paid so far this season.
  • The board is calmer after a promotion or a relegation: the season after going up it asks only to stay up, and after going down no more than a play-off place. Job interviews ask the same.
  • The Saturday show has new pictures: three fans pictures redrawn as a full stand, a new diving header and tap-in with everyone at real size, and the volley picture now shows more goals from a loose ball.

Fixed

  • The Saturday show's goal replays move again; they had held every player in the kick-off line-up.
  • In a kick-off's minute, the side kicking off is no longer said to win the ball back.
  • At Fast, the dip to dark after a goal lasts as long as at Normal, so the line-up is never set in sight.
  • A player holding the ball up while a team-mate gets into place walks it, instead of standing over it.
  • A player who starts a move far from the ball passes it on and runs on for the return, instead of carrying it 80 metres alone.
0.0.66.3Play on and screen fixes from the test-play week11 changed · 3 fixed

Changed

  • Play on sits on the Continue bar on every screen, on phones, tablets and computers.
  • You choose what Play on stops for, from a checklist in Settings and in Play on's summary: trophies, front pages, club records, players who want to leave, bids, injuries, cup ties, derbies and other news.
  • Highlights shows every goal, big chance, VAR check, red card and break at Normal speed. The quieter moments pass as one line, substitutions included. A match takes under two minutes.
  • The pundits' words come with their portraits in News, the match report and the match card.
  • Transfers › Find: a small ? by each sort, filter and column explains it, in place of a paragraph of hints.
  • The season review has a tile for every competition you played in, the super cups and the world's club cups included.
  • The season's comic pages: captions sit under the pictures, every picture is shown whole, and the table and the board's verdict fit a laptop screen.
  • Play on's Skip and the Continue button after a match stay pinned to the bottom of the screen.
  • Both newspapers have their names centred.
  • The Crown Shield's trophy plate now looks like a shield.
  • Wherever a player's goals count every competition, the season review, the season's story and the awards now say "in all competitions", so they never seem to clash with the Golden Boot.

Fixed

  • The season review's Golden Boot counts league goals, like the awards. Before, it could name a different player.
  • On a phone, the Continue bar keeps the next match's name beside Play on.
  • A substitution on the commentary line waits its turn instead of cutting off the line before it.
0.0.66.2Fixes from the test-play week13 fixed

Fixed

  • Free transfers agreed for next season now follow the league's spending rules: they are checked against next season's wages and costs, and blocked or warned about as a signing would be.
  • During your play-off weeks, the clubs not playing rest but no longer get a week of training ahead of everyone else.
  • Squad › Team on a laptop screen: the pitch beside the squad list now scrolls with the page, so its top no longer hides under the top bar.
  • The main menu fits a narrow screen at every text size.
  • Older careers: a few names too close to real people get new ones when the save loads.
  • Club › Backroom: a mission about a player who has since moved names his new club.
  • Clubs with no league no longer build up more team gel through a season than league clubs.
  • A ball parried by the keeper no longer sits still in the box after a foul in the same minute.
  • The tactics camp's description says what it really does.
  • The Saturday show's goal replays no longer show a name tag over the scorer.
  • The pundits' posts in Home › News show their portraits.
  • The two pundits before a match no longer open with the same line as before the last one.
  • Small wording fix on the Board page.
0.0.66.1A more natural pitch8 changed · 1 fixed

Changed

  • Players move like footballers: they speed up and slow down, jog back into shape, and sprint only when a chance needs it.
  • Tackles and fouls happen up close: the player fouled has the ball, and a quick free kick is taken where he went down.
  • No more spinning on the spot, and keepers keep their eyes on the ball.
  • The ball is in proportion to the players, with a soft shadow and no line under it.
  • The match clock's seconds run smoothly; each half and extra time start on the minute, and the clock stops for a penalty shoot-out.
  • A match at Normal speed takes about 7 minutes 30 seconds; Fast and Highlights are as quick as before.
  • The commentary says more of what happens on the pitch: a player taking the ball on, quick free kicks and throw-ins, and a corner announced as it is taken when there was no time before.
  • The trophies you have won are now "Your trophy case", and England's cup history lists the winners, like the other trophies.

Fixed

  • "No camp" in the pre-season can be chosen when your club is in the red, and camps you can't pay for are greyed out.
0.0.66.0The 2D match view7 added · 3 changed · 2 fixed

Added

  • Every chance is now acted out on the pitch the way it happened: through balls, crosses, cut-backs, one-twos, solo runs, counter-attacks, corners and long shots, finished with a header, a volley, a chip or a tap-in, and held, tipped over, blocked or off the post. Your players and your tactics shape how chances come about.
  • Players with arms and legs: they run, kick, jump for headers, dive full stretch and celebrate, each in their own style.
  • Goals are replayed from a closer camera at Normal speed (tap to skip).
  • A Near/Far camera button, a match clock with seconds, and a pitch that wears as the season goes on.
  • The Saturday show opens with the floodlights coming on, row by row, to its own theme music, and its replays show each goal as it was scored.
  • Three versions of every show picture, chosen to fit each goal; a saved penalty or a red card that decides a match now gets its own picture.
  • Your manager's office at the top of your club messages: from the site cabin in the lower leagues to the manager's suite in the Premier Division.

Changed

  • A match at Normal speed takes about 5 minutes 45 seconds; Fast and Highlights are as quick as before.
  • The commentary says how each chance ends and describes the new moves.
  • In the text view, quiet spells pass more quickly.

Fixed

  • A shot that was parried or blocked into a rebound now gets its ending in the commentary.
  • "Corner to..." is said again before every corner.
0.0.65.1Fixes for the Boardroom4 fixed

Fixed

  • Filling in a corner of your stadium has a proper price again, and you can build it once you can afford it.
  • The board no longer sacks you mid-season while your club meets its league target.
  • When the board is uneasy for a reason other than your results, such as debt or points taken off, it now says so, on Home and in its news, with a button to see why.
  • A player's career table shows the seasons he played no match as one "No matches recorded" row, instead of jumping years.
0.0.65.0The Boardroom10 added · 5 changed · 2 fixed

Added

  • Your board has a mood, patient, ambitious or thrifty, from the club's owner, and sets three targets every season: a league place, a cup run and the money. A new Board page shows the chair, the owner, the mood, how confident they are and why it moved, and how each target stands.
  • Takeovers: now and then someone bids for your club and the board asks what you think. Back the new owners for their money and a demand with a deadline, oppose them, or leave it to the board. Other clubs change hands in the news.
  • Job interviews: every job offer starts with the chair's three questions. Answer in the spirit of their board and the job is yours, with your first target and some money to spend; answer badly and it goes to someone else.
  • Jobs open: when a club sacks its manager in mid-season, apply for the job, and after their next match they pick you or the man waiting.
  • Counter a bid for your player: name your price, watch the buyer come up round by round, and don't push their patience too far.
  • The career book: your whole career as one book that follows you from club to club, with a farewell chapter each time you leave.
  • The season in comic pages: at the end of each season its story plays as comic pages to swipe through, with the season's best players and the final table.
  • Every player now has a comic face, in the same look as Story Mode, wearing his club's shirt.
  • Three new buildings: a medical centre, a sports science lab and a scouting network. The richest rivals build too.
  • The Saturday show's studio with its three presenters, and each pundit's portrait beside their words.

Changed

  • Louder papers: the Daily Whistle shouts like a tabloid and the town paper is proud and one-eyed, with headlines in capitals.
  • Deadline day gets busier, with a round-up of every late deal.
  • The club's lists say whether a player who left has retired or where he plays now, and retired players who mattered keep a card.
  • The world club cups history is a table by year, like Europe's.
  • Match reports: "Key moments", "What clicked" and "What misfired".

Fixed

  • The Skip button on the show and the cup draw is readable in the light look.
  • A Saturday show you have already watched keeps its words when a Monday match joins its weekend.
0.0.64.1Fixes for Media 28 fixed

Fixed

  • The Saturday show's buttons, and the cup draw's, now stay in a bar at the bottom of the screen, so they are always in reach on a phone.
  • The cup draw is now silent.
  • A transfer ban picked up late in the season now runs on through the summer window, and the game tells you the date it ends.
  • The pundits now have their say before a new season's first match too.
  • After you change clubs, Home no longer offers your old club's cup draw.
  • Long grass now slows down only the club it was grown for.
  • Under a transfer ban your assistant no longer loans a player out to make room for a signing he can't make.
  • A backroom mission that can't go ahead (your contact or the player has gone) now comes back with a message instead of ending without a word.
0.0.64.0Media 25 added · 1 changed · 1 fixed

Added

  • The Saturday show: after every weekend, a football show with the big matches, a round-up of every division and the cup, and the goals replayed on the pitch. Make the big story and your match leads the show.
  • Goal of the Month and Goal of the Season, voted by the viewers.
  • Every cup draw you're in, live on screen ball by ball, with the pundits' first words.
  • Two pundits on your next match, on the home screen.
  • The backroom: send your scout, the local reporter, the groundsman or an agent on missions in football's grey areas. An edge if it works; a fine, a touchline ban, a transfer ban and the front pages if you're caught.

Changed

  • The show's pictures were made with Canva's AI, and the kits in them are painted in each club's own colours.

Fixed

  • A club's nickname named the other club in its city; it has a nickname of its own now.
0.0.63.0Media 15 added · 1 changed

Added

  • After every match, three reasons why it went the way it did, read from what really happened. The match card adds the chances, the turning points, what worked and what didn't, and whether the result was fair.
  • Every match report names its referee.
  • The people around your club now have names and memories: the chair, the kit manager, the local reporter and someone from the supporters' club, along with your captain, the rival manager and your staff. They bring you about ten decisions a season, mostly around derbies, cup ties and big results. Most can be skipped, and a bold answer can go well or badly.
  • Your town's paper prints a front page after every match, waiting for you on Home › News. A national paper comes out on the big weeks: a cup upset, a cup won, a title, a promotion, a relegation or a sacking.
  • A chapter for every season: at the season's end, your town paper's season special, a short story of your season told from what really happened, and the people who remember it. Each one is kept in your club's history.

Changed

  • More variety in everything the papers and the people say: every line has at least six wordings, and none comes round again soon.
0.0.62.0Staff9 added · 2 changed

Added

  • Your staff: an assistant manager, a first-team coach, a physio and a chief scout, each with a rating, a wage and an age. Better staff help your players grow, get back on their feet and get scouted, and they cost more. Hire and replace them on the new Club › Staff page, where a monthly short list waits for each job.
  • A bigger club starts with better staff, so building yours up is part of the climb.
  • Your assistant runs the games you don't watch, and he can take on jobs you switch on: renewing key players, selling the ones you don't need, filling gaps, strengthening the side and picking youngsters on youth day.
  • He gets better with every season and every game he runs. Once he is among the best, a big club may want him as its manager: ask him to stay with a raise, or let him go for a fee and face him later.
  • Take your assistant with you when you move to a new club.
  • Tired legs all season: the days between matches count, so the festive run and midweek cup nights leave players tired, and rotating the squad matters.
  • Compare two players side by side, from any player card.
  • Sort the Team list by position, name, rating, energy, morale or form.
  • Save backups: each save keeps the one before it, so a damaged save can be opened from its backup.

Changed

  • New icons throughout the game, in the trophies' silver and gold.
  • Player names: two-word surnames stay whole, and there are more surnames from Mexico, Australia and the Nordic countries, Portugal, Brazil, Spain, France and Germany.
0.0.61.1Save fixes2 fixed

Fixed

  • Starting a new career right after loading a save file into a slot now uses the new career's own data. Before, the offer box could open at a wage the player doesn't ask, and new players could be mixed up with ones already in the game.
  • Behind the scenes, saving is a little sturdier.
0.0.61.0Team chemistry5 added · 2 changed · 1 fixed

Added

  • Team gel: every side now has a gel from 0 to 100, shown as a bar over the pitch on the Squad screen. Half of it is how settled your eleven are at the club, half how well the players in each line know each other.
  • Gel changes results: a side that has played together for a season plays a little better, and a team of new faces starts a little weaker, so a big summer of signings costs a few points before it pays off.
  • New signings settle in: a player from your own country feels at home after about eight games; one from abroad takes a little longer, a team-mate from his country helps, and a player returning to a club he knows settles sooner. The squad list and the pitch show who is still settling in.
  • Partnerships: players in the same line build a partnership game by game, drawn on the pitch, and it is whole after a season together.
  • The next-match card compares the two sides' gel, and How to play explains it all.

Changed

  • When you make an offer, the wage box now opens at what the player asks, not above it.
  • More invented names: record holders, legends and grounds that shared a name with a real person have new ones.

Fixed

  • A career loaded when the game starts now keeps its own wages and numbers.
0.0.60.0Reputation6 added · 1 changed

Added

  • Everything in the game now has a reputation: players, clubs, leagues, countries, towns, grounds and cups, from Unknown to World. It grows with a player's rating, the stage he plays on, caps, awards, goals and form, and fades slowly, so stars stay famous for a while after their best days.
  • Fame has a price: little-known players cost less and ask for lower wages, famous names cost more. Find players has a new "Hidden gems" sort to dig out bargains.
  • Players weigh up your club: a player better known than your club asks for more, and a star far above it won't talk until your club has grown.
  • Kit deals: when your deal runs out, three kit makers bid in pre-season: a big fixed fee, a share of shirt sales, or a long safe deal.
  • Naming rights: now and then a sponsor offers good money to put its name on your ground. Say yes and the fans grumble for a while; say no and the old name stays.
  • Season tickets: set the discount on Club, Ground & tickets. Holders keep the crowd up in a bad run, and a full ground stays full.

Changed

  • Careers saved in an older version carry on: every club and player gets a reputation when the career is loaded.
0.0.59.0Records and legends6 added · 4 changed · 1 fixed

Added

  • Every club has all-time records that keep counting: most appearances, goals and assists, each with a named holder, plus the record win (with its opponent) and the record crowd. Beat one and it is yours, with a headline.
  • Club legends and a Hall of Fame for the greatest careers.
  • Farewells: a legend who is retiring says so near the season's end, gets a guard of honour in his last home game, and yours get a testimonial.
  • Academy graduates remember where they came from: an Our academy list, reunion headlines, no celebrating against their first club, and a small pull to come home.
  • Your career: every club you managed, won, drawn and lost, with your personal bests.
  • A short timeline on every club's page.

Changed

  • Club stories read right in any season.
  • Awards on a player's card show the club he won them with.
  • The trophy cabinet is sorted by material, and a newly won trophy gets a shine.
  • With the assistant on, youth day also brings through a youngster for a position you are short of.

Fixed

  • The club records now update as you play.
0.0.58.0Match commentary3 added · 2 changed · 1 fixed

Added

  • Match commentary: one line under the pitch tells every moment of the match as it happens, from passes and shots to cards, VAR checks, half time and the shoot-out, in the classic manager style.
  • Text view: follow a match with just the two line-ups and the live stats instead of the pitch, with the commentary line and every sound. One button swaps between the two views at any moment, and the match keeps the same pace.
  • The groundwork for other languages: every word in the game now lives in one text file, ready for translations later.

Changed

  • The key hints on the top menu and the Next step bar are gone for a cleaner screen. The keys still work, and Keyboard shortcuts in the menu lists them.
  • A contract's last season is now picked from a drop-down.

Fixed

  • With the transfer windows switched off, the Transfers screen no longer fails to open during the season.
0.0.57.2Trophy plates2 added · 2 fixed

Added

  • Every trophy in your cabinet has its own engraved plate, in gold, silver, bronze, diamond or platinum by the size of the prize.
  • The title music starts on the "Tap to start" screen where your browser allows it, and plays on through the intro as one track.

Fixed

  • The trophy cabinet shows each competition once; trophies won in older versions were listed twice.
  • After the intro the title screen no longer makes its entrance a second time.
0.0.57.1Club chants2 added · 1 changed · 2 fixed

Fixed

  • On a phone, the contract-length years in a signing offer are no longer cut off.
  • On an upright phone, history tables show every column and swipe sideways, with the season kept in place.

  • An intro that switches on the stadium's floodlights before the title screen.

  • Finer grades: each grade has three steps (C-, C, C+) and shows with the rating beside it, as in "C+ 68", on phones too.
  • A yellow dot on a grade marks a player who stands out in your division, so even a Third Division side can spot its stars.

Changed

  • Every screen has a new look: dark by default, bold capitals, the main action in yellow and your club's colours down the top bar. Light stays in Settings.
  • The squad screen fits a phone: a shorter pitch, the bench as a row of buttons under it, and penalties and the captain folded into one line.
  • Before the first match, the top bar shows when the season starts and the board's target, and the pre-season home is nearly a third shorter.
  • The next-match card uses small signs for how the opponent plays, what the board expects and the expected crowd.

Fixed

  • On a phone, the open tab in a row of tabs scrolls into sight, and a fade at the edge shows there are more.
0.0.45.0A new start6 added · 3 changed

Added

  • A title screen with Continue, New career, Load career, How to play, Settings and Credits.
  • A new career in five steps: Manager, Club, Kit, Rules and Start. Everything comes filled in, so a quick start takes a few taps.
  • Your own manager, with a name, a nationality and the currency your money is shown in: euros, pounds or dollars.
  • Choose your rules: real rules, or switch off spending limits, points deductions, VAR, owner money or transfer windows for the whole career.
  • Settings: text size, colour-blind friendly colours, and a dark or light look.
  • Players aged 21 and under show stars for how good your coaches think they could become.

Changed

  • A new club picker: a card per club with its squad rating, its place in the division as stars, its budget, ground and the board's target.
  • The news and the International tab follow your manager's own national team, not England by default.
  • Older careers carry on with real rules, money in euros and England's national team, all of which you can change in Settings.
0.0.44.0Real money at the top4 added · 5 changed · 2 fixed

Added

  • Real money in the Premier Division and the First Division: income, wages and transfer fees at the size of real clubs at that level.
  • Each player belongs to a market: players from a bigger league cost more and want more, players from a smaller one less.
  • Owner money: some summers your club's owner puts money in, more at an ambitious club, and the spending rules decide how much of it counts.
  • Relegated from the Premier Division, your players' wages come down with the new division.

Changed

  • Tactics matter more: each formation has its own strengths and weaknesses, Defend is the best way to hold a lead, and Attack leaves gaps behind.
  • Harder haggling: every player and club has a hidden lowest price, and push them too far and they walk away for a few weeks.
  • A free agent pushed too far in talks won't talk to you for two weeks.
  • Find players opens on players you can afford who would join a club like yours, best value first.
  • Older careers in the top two divisions move to the new money when they load, with a note in the inbox.

Fixed

  • All 128 nations have their real flags: England's cross was missing and the USA's flag was wrong.
  • Top scorers score 25 to 40 league goals a season instead of 40 to 60, and midfielders score more of a team's goals.
0.0.43.0Saved careers3 added · 2 changed

Added

  • Up to three careers on each device, listed on the start screen with the club, the season and when each was last saved.
  • Save a career to a file and load it on another device, so the same career plays on a phone and a computer.
  • The menu takes you back to the start screen, keeping the career you were playing.

Changed

  • The game saves in the background, so it never waits for a save.
  • Older careers carry on: yours moves into the first slot.
0.0.42.0Growing clubs3 added · 4 changed · 2 fixed

Added

  • Clubs grow and shrink: every English club has a fan base that grows with promotions and trophies and falls with bad seasons, and its money follows.
  • A training ground and a youth academy to build up from level 1 to 5, for players who improve faster and better youngsters on youth day.
  • The version number shows on the start screen.

Changed

  • Squads have real ages, with most players between 23 and 30.
  • Contracts suit a player's age: three to five seasons for the young, one or two for players over 30.
  • Computer clubs no longer pile up money season after season.
  • Older careers carry on, with a training ground and academy to match the club's size.

Fixed

  • The transfer list can no longer be milked: nobody bids for a player listed far above his value.
  • The Premier Division no longer grows steadily stronger over the years.
0.0.41.0The rulebook2 added · 6 fixed

Added

  • The rules of every competition, from division sizes to cup formats and transfer windows, now live in one rulebook, ready for new rules in later seasons.
  • A hot-headed keeper sometimes rushes out at a big chance and brings the striker down: a booking and a penalty.

Fixed

  • Taking a new job no longer resets the whole transfer market.
  • A player makes his debut only once, in his first game ever.
  • The golden boot race counts league goals only, and play-off games have their own line in the player stats.
  • Two team-mates with the same surname are told apart by their initials on the shirts, in the commentary and on the scoreboard.
  • Only the Champions Cup winners are called champions of Europe.
  • Tips and help texts with old numbers now match the real rules.
0.0.40.0World club cups5 added · 1 changed

Added

  • 66 new clubs from 32 more countries in South America, North and Central America, Africa and Asia-Pacific, whose players you can scout and sign.
  • Four continental club cups outside Europe, with past winners going back to the 1960s.
  • A cup every December where the champions of Europe meet the best of the other continents in the final.
  • A world club cup every four years from 2029: 32 clubs in groups, then knockout rounds, in the summer after the season.
  • A World club cups tab in League with each cup's games, groups, qualifiers and past winners.

Changed

  • Older careers carry on and get the new clubs and cups.
0.0.39.0Real rules6 added · 3 changed · 3 fixed

Added

  • Spending limits by division, as in real football: overspend in the Premier Division and lose points; below it, the league blocks a deal that breaks the limit.
  • Parachute payments for up to three seasons after relegation from the Premier Division.
  • Administration replaces the sack for debt: the debts are written off, but the club loses points and can't pay transfer fees for a season.
  • VAR in the Premier Division, Europe and internationals: now and then a goal is ruled out or a penalty overturned.
  • A Premier Division squad list of 25 players over 21, at most 17 of them not home-grown.
  • Five substitutes in three stops, real bans for yellow cards, and a reason for every red card.

Changed

  • The Finances screen shows where you stand against the spending limit, and every offer shows what the deal does to it.
  • Computer clubs make about four changes a match, mostly from the hour mark, for tired players.
  • Older careers carry on with the new rules from their next match.

Fixed

  • A player loaned in during the summer no longer goes back to his club when the season starts.
  • The European country ranking no longer lets one good season lift a country several places at once.
  • Skipping to full time no longer leaves your side without changes: your assistant makes them.
0.0.38.0Awards season6 added · 1 changed

Added

  • An awards season through the year: each show on its own date, with its own voters and a shortlist a few weeks before the night.
  • Awards for each division, a Footballer of the Year voted by the writers, a Manager of the Year and a prize for Europe's top scorer.
  • Your club's own awards night after your last home game: Supporters' Player, Players' Player and Young Player of the Season.
  • Early the next season: the Players' Union awards, the Orbe d'Or with its shortlist of 30, and the World Football Gala.
  • A new Awards tab in League with every show, the shortlists, the winners, the teams of the year and the past winners.
  • A player of yours on a shortlist gets a morale lift, a winner a bigger one, and your manager's awards go in the trophy cabinet.

Changed

  • Older careers carry on and catch up this season's shows.
0.0.37.0Living world, part three4 added · 2 changed · 1 fixed

  • Scotland's league splits in two after 33 rounds, and Argentina has two titles a season, each decided by a knockout.

  • Scotland and Turkey join the country ranking, with a place in every European cup.

Changed

  • The United States league has two conferences, no promotion or relegation, and play-offs for the title.
  • A World tab in League with every league abroad, from Spain to the United States: tables, play-offs and past champions.
  • Big-money moves: in the summer, the richest clubs in Saudi Arabia and the United States buy established players from Europe at high fees and wages.

Changed

  • Older careers carry on with the new leagues.

Fixed

  • Club pages now say "in the United States" and "in the Netherlands".
  • A second-division club's page names the top division correctly in its history.
0.0.35.0Living world, part one5 added · 2 changed · 1 fixed

Added

  • Second divisions in Spain, Italy, France and Germany: 78 new clubs in real towns, each with a story, rivals and past champions.
  • Promotion, relegation and play-offs abroad in each country's real format.
  • A second-division club that wins its country's cup can play in Europe.
  • Star moves: a young player clearly too good for his club may be bought by a bigger one during a transfer window.
  • Managers come and go: sacked managers find new clubs, and big clubs poach managers who did well at smaller ones.

Changed

  • Leagues abroad has a switch between the divisions, arrows for who goes up and down, the play-offs and the past champions.
  • Older careers carry on with the new clubs.

Fixed

  • The league of nations' summer finals have their past winners back, so the first finals have holders.

  • New International screens: qualifying, Europe's league of nations, tournaments, the history of all seven tournaments and the world ranking.

Changed

  • The season review lists every summer tournament.
  • Older careers carry on with the new nations; the new formats start with the next tournament.

Fixed

  • The world ranking counts the score, so a 5-0 moves it more than a 1-0.
0.0.33.0New European cups5 added · 4 changed · 1 fixed

  • The Super Cup in August: the Champions Cup winners against the Challenge Cup winners.
  • European prize money for taking part, for every win and draw, and for each round reached.
  • Scouting is automatic and free: your scout files six reports a week and sends you the pick of them once a month.

Changed

  • The Premier Division rests in European weeks and plays midweeks of its own instead.
  • Auto-pick keeps players in their own positions and says what it changed.
  • Commercial income every week, more TV money in the Second and Third Divisions, and a Finances screen that shows an average week.
  • Older careers finish this season's European cups the old way; the new shape starts next season.

Fixed

  • The "club is in the red" message no longer comes in the wrong week.

  • Highlights takes about a minute a match, and Skip to full time gives the result at once.

  • The board's warning on the home screen uses the real size of your division.
0.0.29.0Groundwork4 changed · 1 fixed

Fixed

  • Player names that happened to match famous real players are replaced, in older careers too.
